Personal Trainer and new mum, on a mission to make the people of Milton Keynes fitter, healthier and happier. I am someone who is passionate about health & fitness and helping people to achieve their goals. My qualifications include

Sessions designed to specifically target the core, using movement in all directions. Includes the use of bodyweight and free weights.

Pre & Postnatal

Sessions designed specifically for pre & postnatal clients. Exercise modifications used depending on where you are at in your pregnancy journey.

Stretching

After workouts & specific longer sessions. From full body stretching to increase overall mobility through to targeted stretching for recovery.
